Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Login to your Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart, just add item into the shopping Cart first and click Estimate Shipping button. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

Q: Is there a warranty on my purchase?

Q: Do your prices include shipping charges to the USA and International orders?

A: The shipping cost is calculated. It depends on the destination and country order is going to. You may choose the shipping method and rate during checkout page.

 

Q: How long does it take to ship the item to my door after I pay for the items?

A: Generally our products will arrive in 2-5 business days (continental US), shipments are always made within 24 hours of payment. Our quick handling process grouped with USPS Priority Mail shipping will have your item from our door to yours in very little time.

 

Q: Do you Provide tracking Numbers?

A: Yes we will provide USPS/UPS/FedEx delivery confirmation / tracking number. Once the shipping label is created the confirmation email sends to the buyer's email address associated with the transaction.

 

Q: Do you insure the packages?

A. The shipping insurance is optional, you may choose it during the checkout process.
